cancellation & Return Policy
Return Date and Time:
The rented vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date and time specified in your rental agreement. Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional charges.
Vehicle Condition:
Please return the vehicle in the same condition it was rented out, considering normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and repair charges may apply.
Fuel Level:
The vehicle should be returned with the same level of fuel it had when rented. If the fuel level is lower, you will be charged for the missing fuel along with a refueling fee.
Cleaning:
We expect the vehicle to be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or odors may result in cleaning fees.
Late Returns:
Please notify us in advance if you anticipate being unable to return the vehicle on time. Late returns without prior notification may result in additional charges.
Extension of Rental Period:
If you need to extend your rental period, contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Refunds:
Refunds for early returns or unused rental days may be subject to our discretion and the terms outlined in your rental agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel your reservation within the specified time frame to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation fees may apply if not cancelled within the stipulated period.
Documentation:
Ensure all rental documents, including keys, are returned with the vehicle. Failure to return all required documentation may result in administrative fees.

The vehicle must be returned in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
